At HARVEST it's important to us that you feel at home right away. Every yoga studio does things a bit differently. Here are a few tips to make your first experience at HARVEST a cozy one.

We encourage all yogis to arrive 10 minutes early to ensure you have time to sign in, relax and prepare for class.

We know sometimes things happen and life gets in the way, we know you can't always make it on time.  As a courtesy to our students we leave the BACK DOOR unlocked for only a few minutes after the start of class. However, we are a one room yoga studio. If the "YOGA IN SESSION" shade is drawn on the back door we ask that you do not disturb class. The front door is locked the start of class. If the "PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB" sign is up on the FRONT DOOR, please be respectful to our students in class and come back at a later time.

Whether you use the front or back entrance we ask you drop your shoes at the door. Bench / shoes racks are provided to keep things tidy.

Before entering the studio we ask that you to turn your phones all the way off. HARVEST is a one room studio, to ensure each yogi receives the ultimate class experience we need total digital disconnect.

We do ask our yogis to bring a mat. Should you forget one, we have a few for rent. Towels and a water refill station are provided.

We want you to maximize your yoga experience, please feel free to let your teacher know about any injuries or special health conditions prior to the beginning of class. At any time during class we encourage you to take the necessary modifications or rest.

Spray is provided to clean mats and your area after class. We also ask that you put away any props you used during class.

While we encourage all of our yogis to fully enjoy their yoga class with a relaxing Savasana, we understand sometimes you must leave before class ends. We ask that you pick a spot near the exit as not to disrupt other yogis.

But most of all, we want you to relax and enjoy yourself.

Our classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. Yoga students 16-17 must be accompanied by a parent or have a written consent form. Any student under 18 years of age must have a parent/guardian’s signature on the waiver. Due to our one room studio layout minors may not sit in the front desk area while the parent or guardian takes a class. Our front desk is unattended during class.
