Join us for a special 90 minute Pelvic floor yoga class, focusing on the muscles in and around your pelvic floor. Pelvic floor yoga can help with pain and discomfort from pelvic floor dysfunction. Raechel Winters is a RYT200 + Pelvic Floor Yoga Instructor.

This monthly offering will take you through some of the fundamentals of barre like how to move, and what to expect from a barre class.
After your introduction Karina will lead you through a barre class putting your new learned skills to work. Mat Barre is a great class for anyone looking for an approachable workout.

Join us for a 75 minute ROOFTOP yoga class on top of the Green Parking Deck on 2nd Street. Afterwards join us for delicious Sandy Bottom Acai Bowls and shopping with a few of our downtown favorites, Jean + Lou, REVERIE gifts and Celia's Boutique.

This is a FREE monthly class offered twice a month in partnership with the Cuyahoga Falls Parks + Rec Department.
Join us for a pop up yoga at 8 different parks this summer. Each class is an any levels flow.
BOOK CLUB CIRCLE

Is a monthly gathering for female identifying and non-binary humans, usually the last Saturday or Sunday of the month. We come together to discuss women authors in literature and life. There is not requirement to sign up, you can join whether you've read one chapter or the entire book. If you're looking to meet like-hearted humans that have a passion for books, this group is for you!

Located only a few feet off Portage Trail, our boutique neighborhood studio [ only 700 square feet ] is flanked with 15 foot original tin ceilings and beautiful white walls. Filling the space with a mix of minimalisim and warm historic charm. The moment you walk into HARVEST you will see our vision for a small grassroots yoga studio.
