Designed for pregnant people at any stage of their journey, we will spend time sharing the joys and challenges of pregnancy and preparing for birth/parenthood.
Lisa will guide you through a gentle adaptive yoga sequence; learning about specific movements and breathwork to help empower you during this unique and special life experience.

KUNDALINI YOGA + ASTROLOGY

Join Alexandra for a 90 minute Kundalini yoga practice to honor the sacred rhythms and cycles of life. We will honor and explore the Full Moon in Virgo on February 24th.
Kundalini yoga uses the ancient technologies of breath, bandhas (“locks” or muscular contractions), drishtis (eye gazes), mudras (hand postures), and mantas (sound) to elicit specific effects on the body, mind, and consciousness. There are specific kris (meditations) and mudras that we will use to connect us deeper to the planetary energies at play. We will end practice in a long, deep savasana with optional hands-on Reiki.
This practice is wonderful for those deep into astrology, and those curious or just beginning their zodiacal journey.
INTRO YOGA INVERSIONS

If you've been looking to go upside down in your practice, now's your chance.
In this dynamic workshop, Ashley, Karina + Sophia will guide you through the essential techniques and exercises to prepare the body for headstands, handstands, forearm stands and inversions. You can expect a sequence of yoga postures and exercises aimed at enhancing flexibility, balance and strength.
This structured workshop will set the stage for successful and rewarding journey into the art of inversions. Whether you hit your first handstand or not, you'll leave with the tools that will help you get there if that's your goal.
